I’m Sarah—a New Earth Leader, Spiritual Mentor, and Intuitive Healer.

 

My mission is to empower individuals to live in love, truth, and authenticity. I guide people in awakening to their inner wisdom, helping them reconnect with their true selves and recognise their capacity for personal transformation.

I provide a safe and compassionate space for healing, enabling individuals to address their deepest wounds and break free from generational patterns and limiting beliefs. Together, we identify core beliefs and values, exploring how to cultivate a life that resonates with their true selves. Through various tools and practices, I help individuals nurture a deep sense of self-love and authenticity.

My clients often come to me when they feel they’ve reached a breaking point—experiencing heartbreak, pain, grief, and despair. They don’t want to give up; instead, they seek to improve their lives in a positive and uplifting way, willing to do the inner work necessary for transformation.

My personal journey began with learning self-healing techniques through training in NLP, Time-Line Therapy, sound healing, theta healing, and ancestral healing—all grounded in a deep devotion to Spirit.

In the past, I felt stagnant, constrained by my family’s expectations and traditions. Despite following their path, I struggled with feelings of unfulfillment. I often felt unseen and unheard, leading to low self-esteem, co-dependency, and a tendency to people-please in various relationships. In 2008, when I became pregnant, my father’s disapproval led to a decision to abort the pregnancy, leaving me with feelings of guilt and unworthiness. To escape my reality, I turned to drugs and alcohol, engaging in tumultuous relationships and careers. By 2017, I hit rock bottom, nearly losing my life. In that moment of despair, I turned to God, marking the beginning of my awakening.

I craved more for myself—love, authenticity, and a true connection with the divine. This journey enabled me to heal generations of shame and guilt within my family’s female lineage. I confronted my fears, emotions, traumas, and patterns, realising I had lived predominantly in my masculine energy and survival mode. Through shadow work and facing my inner demons, I learned to transmute my experiences into love, passion, and authentic expression. As I embraced my journey back to self, my spiritual gifts flourished, harmonising my masculine and feminine energies and raising the vibration of love within myself and the collective.

Please understand that this journey is not easy. True transformation demands that you confront the darker aspects of yourself with brutal honesty, commitment, discipline, and consistency. You may find yourself losing people, places, and even changing what you consume and watch. However, know that this is all part of your personal evolution—if this is truly what you desire.

I have successfully helped many women reach a higher level of consciousness, guiding them to live not only in love and light but also from a source of divine guidance.
